A story about never giving up and holding onto the dreams closest to you. A reader and a dreamer, Mimi grows up with dreams of being a pilot and is encouraged by her mother's words, "You can do anything as long as you try."

The lead of a screenplay based on the true story of Medusa. Taking information from Greek Mythology to show Medusa was not the painted villain she is seen as today

This was a fun paper to write. I felt very lawyer-like like I had just passed the bar. (Jokes) Similar to this course, writing in different scenarios and point of views, really keeps me on my toes.

Working in Dining Services on campus for three years, I had witnessed alarming amounts of food being wasted daily. When given the opportunity of choosing debate topics while I was on the verge of quitting, I could not help myself but choose this topic.
